Valhalla Missile Silo December 27-29, 2024

Join HTS to dive this unique Texas Treasure.  It is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Valhalla is a decommissioned Atlas-F hardened nuclear missile silo just a short trip west of DFW near Abilene, TX. 

The facility only allows 12 visits per year and we are excited to be heading there in December 2024.

*1 dive on Sunday  (Everyone must be off site by noon on Sunday, December 29, 2024)
*Valhalla COMMEMORATIVE T-shirt for those that dive the Valhalla Missile Silo.  Per facility rules, you may receive 1 shirt per lifetime.  If you need a new shirt during our visit, they will allow you to trade in your old "tattered" shirt for a replacement shirt.

Atlas Missile Museum Tour    $ 50.00 per person (NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE TO ANY OTHER DATES)
This is a neighboring Missile Silo where the site is much more intact than the Valhalla Missile Silo. 

Important things to keep in mind:

* Water temps are 58-60 degrees
* You need to be prepared to go up and down MANY stairs with your gear on.  This can be very taxing and we want you to be aware.
* Divers MUST have all gear needed for dives.  Contact Michelle if you need rental gear.
* Must be at least Open Water certified
*We will NOT have the HTS trailer at the Missile Silo.
*You will have waivers both from High Tide Scuba and Valhalla Missile Solo that will need to be completed before entry into the silo.
